We’re Hiring: Sales Bidder / Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated Sales Bidder to join our team and help us grow our presence on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces.
What You’ll Do
Search and identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms.
Submit high-quality, personalized proposals tailored to each client.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable opportunities.
Communicate with potential clients and handle initial discussions.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful projects.
Maintain daily records of bids, leads, responses, meetings, and conversions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
Track bidding performance and continuously improve proposal strategies.
Requirements
Fresh or minimum experience in freelancing sales/bidding, preferably on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Good understanding of web/mobile/software development projects.
Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively to clients.
Experience writing customized proposals rather than sending generic templates.
Strong research, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working with daily/weekly sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus.

We don't want someone who simply submits a large number of bids every day.
We want someone who can find the right opportunities, write compelling proposals, engage with clients, and ultimately convert leads into projects.
Performance will be measured through metrics such as:
Bids → Responses → Qualified Leads → Meetings → Projects Won → Revenue
